We're asking Brevard families to take a dog or cat home from our shelter for Christmas to give them a break from the shelter," says Susan Naylor, public relations director for the SPCA of Brevard. "We will provide the food, a crate or litter box, and any medication (if needed) for the pet and all we ask is that the family provides love to their foster pet for the holidays."
